CT RideNet announces the launch of its "Drive to Own" Program. "Drive to Own" is a unique program with CT RideNet. The program helps low income individuals and families to purchase a vehicle.
For most people, owning a car means a better quality of life. Statistics* show that of the people who go from not owning a car to owning one:
- 54% of those able to work have changed to a better job
- 75% report higher wages
- 74% report more involvement with extended family, friends and community
- 100% report a better overall quality of life

With CT RideNet's "Drive to Own" Program, individuals can become self-reliant by having transportation to get to jobs and they can also help others gain independence by providing rides.
